New Brew Bar Now Open in the Roastery
We've added a small brew bar at the back of the shop where you can taste our coffees prepared a few different ways. Drop by anytime during opening hours.
After months of planning, we've finally finished building a proper brew bar at the back of the roastery. It's a modest setup, just three brewers and a grinder, but it means customers can now taste a coffee as a pour-over, an espresso-based drink, or cold brew all in the same visit.
The idea came from countless conversations at the counter where people wanted to know the difference between methods before buying a bag. Rather than explain it, we thought it would be better to just let people taste it for themselves.
Our baristas will be behind the bar most days, happy to talk through what's being poured and why certain beans suit certain methods better than others. There's no extra charge for tastings, though we do ask that you keep it to a cup or two if things get busy.
We'll be rotating the beans on offer every couple of weeks, usually tied to whatever we've just finished roasting, so it's worth popping in regularly if you want to keep up with what's new.
